The following terms and conditions apply:
Terms of payment
– Payment in cash at the time of collection (only after appointment)
– Prepayment via transfer
– Cash on delivery (only within Germany plus COD charges 6,90 €)
– Payment via PayPal
– Payment by invoice*

Payment by invoice is possible from the second order onwards.
The invoice amount is to be settled within 14 days of the invoice date.
Installments possible
Fulfill your wishes immediately and pay conveniently in monthly installments, without any additional costs. Talk to us, and we’ll work out an installment with you.
Based on your personal situation and depending on the selected article you determine the desired rate.
The articles remain until the complete payment with the company Allach Porcelain and will be shipped to you after complete payment of the total amount.

The products are delivered all over the world.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of 10,00 € per order.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the order value (gross product value):
Europa EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom (UK)): 15,00 €
Europa not EU (Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, UAE and Vatican): 30,00 €
USA / Canada: 50,00 €
All other countries: 45,00 €
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 – 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 – 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.
