Ceramic other
In addition to the ceramic models in the Germanic style, the porcelain manufacturer Allach also produced ceramics in a contemporary style such as plates, bowls and jugs, both for everyday use and for decorative purposes. The product range was characterized by remarkable differences in paintwork, glazing techniques and modern designs. As with the recruitment of various artists for the porcelain division, the Allach porcelain manufactory also recruited the best ceramic artists for the ceramic division. This can be seen in the takeover of Bohemia, which has many specialists, in particular
the highly qualified glaze specialist and technical director Heinrich Hechtfischer. The development of the highly decorative bowls, vases and plates was mainly due to the creative skills of pike fishers. Pike fishing was very innovative when it came to developing new surfaces. His glazing techniques were so advanced that his colleagues thought they were so technically superior that they could not adopt his style. Unfortunately, his knowledge was lost after his execution in 1945.
