Parallel editions of the Allach porcelain manufactory in bronze

by | Apr 2, 2021

Various items from the Allach porcelain factory were cast in bronze by Franz Nagy and Theodor Kärner.
The executing companies in Munich were the art foundry Hans Mayr in Westend (Gollierplatz 8), today Niedermeier and Guss Brandstetter Munich, foundry Brandstetter was founded in 1905 by Adalbert Brandstetter senior, today art caster Munich.

Other artists also had their designs cast in bronze, in part to tap additional sources of income.
From the political side, figures and busts were made in bronze to use them for gifts or to give them as prizes.
